Inside Sales Person - Bothell , WA - Write Your Own Paycheck!

The Seattle office of The Employment Guide ® & EmploymentGuide.com , a division of Dominion Enterprises , is currently hiring 2 inside sales representatives to join our growing team of internet and print advertising sales professionals. Work is fast-paced, heavy on innovation and customer service, while maintaining time efficiency in call center environment.   You will wear countless hats, selling recruitment advertising across a broad spectrum of websites and products:   The Employment Guide ® and EmploymentGuide.com , as well as HealthCareerWeb.com , CareersInGear.com , WiserWorker.com and vendor booths at our annual job fairs at Safeco Field and The Greater Tacoma Convention and Trade Center.   This is consultative selling at its best; not just another telemarketing job.

Recent sales experience, preferably business-to-business, and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet are just the basic requirements of the position.   To hit the ground running, you'll need very strong computer literacy and a fearless can-do attitude.   Bonus points for those who've worked in dialer-free outbound telesales making over 50 calls per day.

We offer a $500/week guarantee for the first 90 days and salary + commission and bonus opportunity after your initial ramp-up period.   Our hours are M-F, 8AM-5PM.
